"The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—right next to the train station and a Coop grocery store, which made getting around and picking up essentials very easy. The staff, including housekeeping, were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet; it offered a good variety and was a great start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay in Lucerne. "

"Staff were all great to us. Our room was large with higher ceilings and a powerful fan. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure in the shower. The only drawback is that there's no AC. We were in Lucerne in mid 80's, and the room stayed fairly cool during the day. Adding simple AC units would be a big bonus. The buffet style breakfast was excellent, coffee, juice, eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt etc..., and will save you lots of money from the pricey...

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...

"The property has self check in, which was complicated because the email with the passcode was sent to an Expedia email making it not easy to find. The room was very cramped but clean. If you have any accessibility issues this place would be difficult because of the number of stairs. "

"We stayed in the corner room, which had its own bathroom and a lovely patio. We didn’t realize beforehand that other rooms share a bathroom, so we were pleasantly surprised to have a private one. It's worth noting that, like many hotels in Europe, this one isn’t staffed in the evenings. After 6 PM, there were no employees on-site. That also means no room service or food. However, they did leave out snacks and supplies on different floors, along with detailed instructions in case we needed...
