The building is equipped with an elevator for easy access, and a laundry machine is available for your use. This quiet and friendly neighborhood is the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, offering both the serenity of the park and the excitement of city life right at your doorstep.

‼️Guest Registration‼️

In compliance with Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests, including their full name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay.

For non-Japanese guests, a copy of their passport (showing nationality and passport number) is also required.

You can send the required information via email or through your booking channel app. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to customer service.

‼️House Rules‼️

•Please no shoes in the room to maintain cleanliness.

•Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking is detected, a $200 USD penalty will be charged by the property management company.

•Sofa Bed Setup: The sofa bed is self-service and very easy to set up — it takes only about 2 minutes. All necessary bedding is provided.

•Garbage Disposal: If the garbage bin is full, please refer to the video in the self-check-in instructions to properly dispose of the trash. Thank you for your cooperation!

•Towels: One set of towels will be provided for guests staying less than 3 days. For stays longer than 3 days, please let me know if you need extra towels, and I’ll be happy to provide them.

•Futon Setup: Futons and covers are self-service. All sets are placed on the storage shelves, and we provide pre-cleaned bed sheets, comforter covers, and pillowcases for your use.

•Luggage: Guests are welcome to drop off luggage before the official check-in time, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate luggage storage after check-out.

施設としては広くてきれいで、テーブル、ソファ、食器など設備も充実していて満足。ただ、予約以降の施設からの案内が英語と日本語ダブルできたり、そもそも内容がわかりにくかったり、初めての利用だったので到着まではかなり不安だった。あと、せっかくテレビが大きいので、ブルーレイプレイヤーの貸し出しなどがあれば利用用途がさらに広がると思う。
