Welcome you to the 1-bedroom unit with balcony located on the 7th floor of the building. This is situated just few mins away from the tourist spots. Walking distance to shops, convenience stores and restaurants,

It is equipped with all you need. Towels and toiletries are provided during your stay. Basic cooking tools, utensils and dinnerware.

You’ll definitely have a memorable stay.



The Space:

The apartment is on the 7th floor of the building. The entire apartment is exclusive for your use only. No sharing with other guests.

2 double size bed (2 people)



Living Room:

1 double sofa bed (2 people)



A total of 6 people can stay comfortably.



The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.



This apartment is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and coin parking lots in the vicinity.

15 mins tram ride to Peace Park

10 mins walk to Hondori



Getting Around:

15 mins via tram from Hiroshima Station to Kanayamacho Station.

3 minutes walk from nearest tram station.



Other Things to Note:

The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
