Summary:
This rental is just a short walk to the beach comes with the HH Island Rentals Advantage. Four beach chairs, a beach cart, four beach towels and new kitchen amenities including salt, pepper, cooking spray and seasoning salt.

Newly Renovated Pet Friendly 3 Bed/3 Bath Ocean Breeze Villa in the Heart of Hilton Head - Close to Beach and Coligny Plaza. This is a pet friendly condo $195/per pet, dogs only and must be under 25lbs...2 Dogs Max.

The Space:
Our 3 Bed/3 Bath villa in the heart of Hilton Head is your home away from home. Come and relax in our spacious freshly remodeled 3 Bed/3 Bath unit with access to back patio and yard and is one of the closest Ocean Breeze condos to the beach, only about a 6-7 minute walk.

This villa has access to 3 onsite pools and free tennis courts.

This unit was just purchased and placed on the rental market. The beautiful 2 story villa has plenty of space to relax and unwind. The downstairs Queen bedroom has a private full bath. Upstairs has a private King bedroom with its own newly remodeled walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed with a twin bunk on top, also with its own private newly remodeled full bath. The villa also comes with beach chairs and cart and a variety of beach toys. Pets are welcome but need to be under 50 pounds with all shots, etc. there is an additional $195 pet fee that is collected separately from the booking.

The Villa is just a 6-7 minute walk to one of Hilton Head Island's finest beaches on South Forest beach.

The Villa is location .5 miles from Coligny Plaza which has wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes. Coligny Beach has changing facilities, dancing waters for the kids and easy access to the beach connected by the many bike trails on the Island.

Ocean Breeze has three pools on-site (seasonal) as well as tennis court on site, all of which are complimentary during your stay.

For the golfer, HHI offers many courses including Sea Pines just a short drive away. Miniature golf is also available on the Island.

Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday during prime season.

Check-In is 4PM Check-Out is 10:00AM

Pools are open from April 1 through September 30th and are not heated.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is close to the beach (about a 6-7 minute walk) It is less than 1 mile to Coligny Plaza which has many restaurants and shopping.

Fabulous!

The property was beautiful, immaculately cleaned, tastefully decorated, and a great location near Coligny and a short walk to the beach. The amenities were thoughtful and appreciated, from the welcome snacks to the beach wagon and chairs. Communication with the management company was superb! It was all we could have hoped for. Always a great stay here!

This was our 4th stay at this property, and it was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and a short and easy walk to the beach. Property manager was very communicative with a maintenance issue that needed to be done during our stay and this did not disrupt our stay at all. Beds are comfortable and (other than a dish rack!) this home has everything you could need for a great trip to Hilton Head!

Dirty!

We just stayed at the property at the end of July and the location and set up of the condo were great, however, the condo was filthy. I understand they allow dogs (we brought ours) but since we pay an extra animal fee, I expected that fee to be used towards cleaning and it wasn't. I vacuumed the entire condo upon arrival (the vacuum cleaner was also disgusting) and had to wipe down the entire kitchen because it was sticky and clearly not done. The upstairs master bedroom smelled like animal urine. The washing machine broke and flooded the carpet and leaked into the kitchen through the ceiling. We had to waste an entire day waiting for the carpet to get cleaned and then waiting on a washing machine repairman. I told the property manager about the cleanliness problem when he came to clean the carpet, but he did not seem to care. I also told him that the main floor bathroom sink was clogged, and he did not repair that. Luckily, we were able to plunge it and get it to go down. I wish I would have trusted the other reviews that warned me about the cleanliness.

We booked a last minute getaway to Hilton Head and this was the best of the available properties. I read the reviews about the cleanliness of the rental but chose to book anyway and hope they had changed their cleaners. The rental was clean, there were a few little things I noticed but nothing major. When we arrived the TV was on and there was someone else's name on the check-in information so we got worried they had double-booked the rental and someone else was there. Thankfully it was just a mix-up but it did not start our stay off on the best note. Plus the kitchen trash can was broken. After these first few hiccups we had a really nice stay and would stay again. The rental manager responded quickly to all questions.

Perfect for our family getaway!

We loved staying at this property! Clean, comfortable, very well-appointed, and a fabulous location! We rented bikes just up the street and biked everywhere. The beach is an easy walk or bike ride. We loved walking our dog over to the beach and we enjoyed the natural beauty of the area. We look forward to renting this property again - just perfect for our family!

Excellent location, spacious

We enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. All of the beds were comfy and the bathrooms modern. Comfortable living area and good size kitchen. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Loved having a wagon and beach chairs to use. All in all a very functional and nice place to stay on Hilton Head.

Beautiful location

We had a great week in Hilton Head. The condo was spacious and big enough for my family. 2 adults and 4 kids over 16. We didn’t bring our dogs but the place was super dog friendly. It was less than a mile walk to Coligny circle and about 1/4 mile walk to beach. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic rental!

This rental is a short walk to the Beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Loved Coligny area which has multiple places with live music. The Rental has everything you need.

Enjoyable Hilton Head Stay

This property is everything described in the description. It is centrally located for all activities HH has to offer. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the beds were very comfortable. October was a great month to be in HH because the weather was great, not crowded and the beach is dog friendly. Rob was a great host that responded quickly to all of our needs and questions before and during our stay.

Great Value, Dog Friendly and 7 minute walk from the Beach

We were happy with our stay at Ocean Breeze, the location was great, only a 7 minute walk to the beach. The first floor was updated and a great space for the family to gather. We loved the pools on the property and often had the pool all to ourselves. It was also a great property for bringing our golden doodle, she loved the morning walks to the beach and meeting new friends on the property. We were a little disappointed on how dirty the floors were throughout the condo. The floors had dust bunnies in the corners and appeared to have not been cleaned or vacuumed. So we spent an hour or two vacuuming the whole place, which is not ideal on vacation. We communicated this with property management and they are having some issues with their housekeeping team. When we vacuumed we noticed the canister was completely full, so we emptied it. After we finished vacuuming the entire condo, the canister was half full again!

Great location and property

5 stars , property managers were very helpful, let them know the dryer didn’t work very well, couple days later a new dryer was delivered. Very dog friendly area, beach was less than 10 minutes walk away. Lots of place to eat within walking distance or a short drive away. Will definitely be back

Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this property. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the layout worked nicely for our family of 5 adults. Great Vacation!

Ocean Breeze 3 was a great rental! The open floor plan was updated and clean. We rented bikes and easily made it to the beach in less than 5 minutes. The reservation and check-in process was super easy and pleasant. We hope to rent this unit again in the future.

Fun week at Hilton Head

We enjoyed our week long stay at Ocean Breeze. The main level is nicely updated with comfortable sitting areas. The master bed upstairs was also super comfortable! The beach toys, cart, and chairs were easy to take up to the beach- even with a small child. The close proximity to one of the pools was also a huge plus, though the larger, main pool was nicer. Overall a great week!
