Wonderful two bedroom townhome with two swimming pools and free tennis right in the complex. Easy walk to the beach from the townhome and bike paths are close too. Open kitchen and nice size living room make for a nice relaxing vacation. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with plenty of cookware and small appliances to prepare wonderful meals. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay.
Bedrooms are upstairs with master bedroom having a king size bed and private bath. Kids room has queen bed and twin bed with another private bath for the family. Living room has a comfortable couch that folds out to sleep seven people comfortably. The first-floor guest bath is an added plus. The upstairs also has a utility room with a washer and dryer and a lending library stocked with a wide variety of books. Up to 2 dogs under 45 pounds each, $175 pet fee, $250 for 2 pets. Only 2 car passes included.
The main level of the villa was fully remodeled in 2022 and offers LVP flooring throughout. The villa is stocked with both adult and children's DVD along with board games and cards. Free high-speed internet and WiFi are included with cable for your convenience to enjoy various channels on a flat screen TV or use the Blu-ray/DVD player.
Forest Beach has over 60 shops and restaurants to enjoy, from Frosty Frog, New York City Pizza, Plantation Deli for breakfast and lunch to gourmet steak and seafood restaurants, you dont need to go anywhere else for great food.
