123 Forest Beach Villas - 3 Bedroom Condo

123 Forest Beach villas is an absolutely adorable 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with fantastic lagoon views.

Step inside and you will find a spacious great room complete with a 50” wall mounted flat screen HDTV, a comfortable sitting, and a dining area where you can relax after a day at the beach. The east facing balcony overlooks a beautifully landscaped lagoon area with fountain sprinkler, new patio set and a ceiling fan to help enjoy the outdoor space.

The remodeled full kitchen includes a dishwasher, new oven range, microwave, a new large refrigerator and granite counter tops. You will find everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner if you so desire. The full-size front-loading washer and dryer is conveniently tucked under the counter at the far end of the kitchen. The large Master Bedroom suite features a king size bed, sitting area, and a wall mounted 37” flat screen HDTV. There is plenty of space for all your belongings. Master Bath includes an over sized shower with glass doors and a custom-made vanity area complete with granite.

On the other side of the villa, you will find two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has been recently remodeled with a new queen bed and cable HDTV. Bedroom 3 has been recently remodeled with two twin beds and a 32” HDTV. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a spacious, remodeled bathroom located in the hallway.

The villa comes stocked with board games, beach toys, and a small library of books along with hi-speed internet. Complex amenities include a pool, tennis courts and private, covered free parking. The location of this property affords easy access to the beach (a 5 min walk), shopping, restaurants, and the full service grocery store in the Coligny Plaza area.

Everybody was happy with our stay. Location, beach, food, bike paths... Condo was very comfortable for 4 adults and a six year old. We could all go our own ways and also enjoy time together at the condo. Covered parking and bike storage, along with elevator access was a big plus. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Pros and Cons

I would rate this stay in the lower 1/3 of places we have booked. I’ve listed the pros and cons below. Pros:-LOCATION! It’s a very short walk to Coligny and the beach. We have a 3 year old and it was easy for her. -The place was spacious and had more than enough room for our family of 5-Options available for beach toys and items that were on hand Cons:-My biggest issue was cleanliness and function. There was a really gross brown splatter on the back door slats. Although the rental company was called, nobody came to clean it even after they said it would be. -The air conditioner stopped working at 10pm. I called the emergency line for the rental company, Beachside, and nobody even gave me a call back. Maybe no AC in HHI in June isn’t an emergency to them? But, for our family of 5, that was a big deal. -The guest sink wouldn’t drain. They did send someone out, but, I feel that’s something that should’ve been checked prior to our check in. -Toilet paper felt like less than 1ply. I read this in another patron’s review and thought nothing of it. PLEASE think of it. LolWe won’t stay at this location again. The good parts were really wonderful, but, communicating with the rental company was awful.

Great space and well supplied

The condo was clean and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. There was a great selection of DVDs and games. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. We would highly recommend this space and would happily book it again!

Nice 3 bed in Forest Beach Villas

Walk to beach, restaurants, shops. Few minor cosmetic repairs needed and maybe new cushions on the sofa as they sink far down. AC worked great and nice hot showers. Management company very nice and responsive. Would sdefinitely stay there again.

Hilton Head vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit at Forest Beach Villas. It was a beautiful 3 bedroom unit that comfortably accommodated my husband and I, our 2 kids, and my father-in-law. The condo was spotless upon our arrival. The owners have thought of everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We had an issue with the bathroom sink, and the management team was very responsive and quick to fix the issue. The beach is a walkable distance away as are a variety of stores and restaurants. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Great stay close to the beach and Coligny

We had a great week at our condo. It was so nice that this unit was on the first level. We had to go up a few stairs to get there, but it was not a problem. There was covered parking, which was a bonus. We loved that we were so close to the beach and Coligny. We walked to the beach - no problem carrying a few things and pulling a wagon with the others. The condo was perfect. We had a king sized bed and master bath. Our boys were in 2 rooms with a shared bathroom. This was great because we really felt some separation from the rooms with the way it was laid out. We would definitely stay there again!

Great for parents with kids?

Let me start by saying, this place was really clean, well maintained and the communication with the mgt team was excellent. The only improvement to the check in process I would suggest is to give us a clue where to park and that the parking passes as well as all other essential information would be in the unit. We kept expecting more info and when we arrived, we kinda of stumbled around looking for our unit and didn’t know where to park/enter. Not a great fit for 6 adults. The Primary bedroom looked lovely, but the other guest bedroom had the smallest queen I’ve ever seen so it was a tight fit for anything more than 2 nights. Only 4 comfortable seats for adults to lounge around in. For 6, two people had dining room chairs. Mgt responded quickly to a minor squeal in the main toilet… and quickly fixed it! Very happy about that. Pack your own coffee! And for 6 adults, 4 rolls of TP didn’t last long. Super quiet!!! Rarely ever saw other guests which was actually very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at HHI! The condo location is Amazing!! You can walk a short distance to just about anything you would need. Colligny plaza, beach access, and bike trails are just outside the door!! The condo has updated beautifully appointed bathrooms, and new furniture in the living room! Very comfy and spacious! I would definitely rent this location in the future!!

Best Hilton Head location to be at and perfect 3BR condo for family beach vacation

Great 1st floor condo with easy garage parking and elevator access toload and unload for the week. Very clean and up to date appliances and comfy beds. Only difference from the listing was the XBox the kids were lioking forward to using in down-times (rain or before bed) had been removed from the property. Not a big deal and listing has since changed to not include it...so no longer a problem. Kids had a blast and great weather throughout our stay. Walk to Coligny shopping and restaurants, don't have to drive to have a great time here. Also across the street from beach access (easy with ALL family beach toys, canopy, etc. with our beach buggy) or easy beach entry through the public Coligny park and restroom/shower area just a few steps further away. We'll be back next time we return to HHI SC to vacation for sure!!!

Expectations not met

Disappointed in unit, vacation group worked with us to correct issues as best could, but very disappointed in cleanliness and bugs and unit up keep. Linens stained and dingy, cookware old. Money not well spent. Stayed in several units at this particular building but this one was not what I expected. We love the location just not the unit.

Great family trip !

This condo was a great place to stay with our family of 5. The location was amazing, we could walk or ride bikes everywhere and the beach was across the street. The pool and tennis courts at the villas were great too!

Nice condo close to everything.

Stay was enjoyable and property management was very helpful and informative, also offered coupons and discounts to local business that came in handy. Close walk to beach and shopping. Spent a day in Savannah, GA that was a short drive. Would recommend staying at this condo if you are looking for enjoyable beach vacation with lots to do when not at the beach.

Taste of Paradise

Found this beautiful villa listed on your website. We had never been to Hilton Head before and didn't know what to expect. Reserving the villa was an easy process and when we got there, we were pleasantly surprised. The villa was beautiful and conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach.
