"Wonderful cabin right on the river! We enjoyed the spacious cabin, especially the deck over the river. This was the perfect spot for a weekend of trout fishing! After fishing and exploring the town it was nice to come “home” to a relaxing hot tub and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. We’re already planning our return trip next year! "

"Rooms were clean, propane fireplace was a nice touch as well as the electric fireplace on bottom floor. Hot tub was clean, some jets were not working but still relaxing. Jacuzzi tub on top floor was amazing and all jets worked on it. Lovely cabin, hope to return! "

"We were late booking our Helen trip with friends, but lucked out finding this location. Everything was as described and very clean. Easy check in and it was relatively quite the entire stay. It was a fairly easy walk into town and we're not young chickens anymore! lol We would definitely recommend this place if staying in Helen."

"The history of the cabin as being built in the 1837, and brought to Dahlonega in 1987. Very clean and the best stock kitchen as dishes, pots and pans with spices, paper towels and even toilet tissue, that myself and friends have had. The was our yearly ladies trip. The only real thing I can say bad is some of the mattresses were too firm. So if you like a firm mattress. Really enjoyed the cabin and the host were tops do bring chairs for the fire pit, no benches."
