"Staff were not helpful and the over-reliance on the mobile phone at this hotel is utterly silly. Why not simply print a QR code for guests? It would be so easy to have a printer. You have to use your phone to enter and re-enter the hotel, to enter the door to your room where the pods are and to enter ..."

"This is the 3rd time i've stopped here & each time i say never again, well this time i mean it. The whole hotel is outdated and needs a touch up. The hotel knows this & have even put up posters saying they are aware of this! I mean who does that. They must've had so many people saying the same thing ..."
