"Beautiful place .Great for walking .The only thing is the car is full with bikes and a dog and when leaving the property you have to take the rubbish bag with you to drop it of at the bottom of the hill which for the price I have never done this before "

"We fell in love with this property and wish we could have extended our stay for at least a few more days, but we had other plans to move on to. The beautiful home is set upon a hill with amazing views of the countryside. We were able to really disconnect, and traveled to some local places to sightsee within nature, and into town for some dinner (plenty of options in the neighboring villages). "Dunkirk cottage provided us with all we needed for our holiday in Roman wall country.. well presented and cosy to come home to in the evening.. central heating instant for chilly evenings. A bonus was the river walk to the George for an evening drink.close proximity to lots of Roman sites.owners dealt instantly with any issues that arose..thanks for perfect holiday accomadation."
