"The location was excellent, close to the railway station and the RailAir stop, which is why we chose this hotel. Our biggest complaint were the two single beds, they were uncomfortably hot with only a single very heavy duvet. As simple sheet and blanket would be much more comfortable."

"The room was lovely and bed supper comfy but then that would be expected as the room was expensive for what it was. Some biscuits with tea and coffee would have been nice. The toilet paper was very cheap quality which surprised me. Shower was fabulous and a good size. Tv was great quality and massive too. I hand the breakfast which was …’ok’ not bad but again quality was not great. Hash browns were not great at all a lacked flavour, texture and were like overcooked deep fried triangles of mash...

"There was no Hot water to the Basin Tap The toilet did not flush very well even after 3 x flushes The TV kept loosing signal The shower (Electric) kept going from Hot to Cold The LL milk left for tea & coffee was off The linin was very crisp and clean The Bed very comfortable The Breakfast was very nice The reception were very nice and helpful Its an old tired building"

"2025.01 入住第二次，今次安排在1樓，房間設備整體都好好。 Apartment 地理位置非常好，火車站，巴士站，食店，購物都在附近。 唯一缺點就是入大門口時，一個密碼要開兩個門，不過好快解決當你明白怎樣門口和關門。"

"For a solo traveller, if you need a clean and safe place to stay overnight, this place is sufficient. Room is tiny and one person could barely turn around. Bathroom and ac will be the amenities provided. Checkout was 10am so I barely could sleep in, also I heard clearly and constantly that neighbours’ doors were closed. Parking is at the back and a short walk to Thames river and train station. Staffs were friendly. Anyway you paid for what you got."
