it is honestly one of the most beautiful places I've been to. I travel a lot and usually go for high-end hotels but the apartments in this motel are extremely pretty. I loved the retro vibe it is very spacious! Only thing is that the boutique and the restaurant are only open from Thursday to Sunday. I had a gift card of $20 with my stay, but I was there Monday Tuesday and Wednesday so I did not get to use it.

First impressions was the grounds were immaculately kept. Gorgeous kept up gardens, it was always clean, no garbage anywhere. Our room was beautiful clean and comfortable, every single member of the staff was incredibly helpful happy and friendly. We had two massages in their outside cabin which were fabulous and so relaxing. No small detail was missed. Fire places were lit at night, blankets on the chairs on cold nights. The hot tub and sauna were always hot and ready to go. Amazing breakfast. Overall was a perfect experience. Highly recommended a fall trip to Wakefield it’s a special place. We will be back

The first thing I realized upon my arrival was the fact that this is not a hotel. This property is more of a cabin/air b&b. There is no front desk or house keeping during the stay. The vibe of the room is very nice for cabin lovers. Of course everything in the room is updated. Clean room. Limited and tight parking space. Remote neighborhood. Good for hiking and trail walking. My room was on the first floor and people above me were very noisy and inconsiderate. It was a different experience for me.
