"Very clean and comfortable. The on site representative welcomed us and provided all we needed. As others have mentioned, there sometimes can be some ambient noise from either the bars in the area or the traffic, but this didn’t disturb us too much - even though earplugs were provided, we didn’t use them. Will definitely book again if we are back in town in the future!"

"Great place to stay in San Jose, Costa Rica. Catherine was great with communication from start to finish. The facility is very well maintained. Both bedrooms are nice [only one bedroom has A/C]. With that said if you leave the doors open the A/C in living room does good with cooling off the place. Didn't try the restaurant onsite however great food options in the area. If you like Italian try Lo Spago. Santa Ana, Costa Rica was great and I would definetly book again with this host. Thanks,...

"Amazing view from a very comfortable condo. The office was a great feature to get a little work done. Bed was very comfortable, very clean place, and well stocked for a comfortable stay. The condo complex has great amenities and the people are very friendly. We had a great stay for a week."

"Gaste key code didn't work, had to call Juan to come let us in, that night.No air conditioning, windows open, 1 rotagting fan that didn't have much power. Pool area was cooler and quieter, the 2 rattan deck lounge chairs, poolside, needed replacing. Grill was great, did up some steaks and Chorizo sausages. "En primera instancia la habitación que reservamos tiene algunas reparaciones en la cerámica muy despectivas, el hotel se encuentra en proceso de mejoras generales de la infraestructura por lo que espero mejoren estas condiciones. Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atención y el servicio."
