"peaceful, guiet, There was not a kitchen, only a coffee pot, microwave and a nice fridge/freezer. No dining room, Nice private back yard, hot tub is shared with the other rv sites if they wanted to. This set up is at an rv park across from the boat dock. We claim it as our fish camp!!! and Enjoyed it. We were only 20 miles from family we had come to visit."

"This was the cutest little place and was perfect for our family to hangout and relax! We came to visit family & they ended up coming to hangout with us at this house and we all hung out around the fire and chatted with a great view of the lake! We will absolutely coming and staying here when we are in town visiting family next time!"

"My family and I had a great time here. We walked a trail, fed emus, donkeys, calf's, deer, llamas, and collected eggs. My kids loved playing on the hay bales, listening to the deep thump of the emu and the overall experiences. My eldest loved playing on the piano, my daughters enjoyed playing with the cats and and my two sons loved the outdoors. We all voted to come back. The hosts were generous, supportive, helpful and kind. Thank you Jeff and Missy for a wonderful new set of memories. 10 out...

"Such a cute place! Perfect location to everything. Though Wichita Falls is a small-ish town this place truly is center to everything. The back yard is HUGE, neighborhood is very quiet. I have a hard time sleeping in other beds but these beds were soooo comfortable, pillows as well. The owners provide all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and cookie sheets as well. It’s extremely clean and a VERY comfortable place. One thing I’d like to note and have now purchased for my own home are the sleeping...
