"Our room (4) was at the front with the use of a verandah which was a bonus. The room was very clean and the bed and bedding were excellent. The only minor issues were the bathroom vanity unit was very tatty with warped wood and slightly peeling paint and the tiles behind the toilet were lifting with grubby grouting. A very good shower both power and temperature but possibly a new shower tray overdue. The bi fold doors to the bathroom did not work well! Several times one of us got stuck in the...

"We initially checked into a room but as we opened the door it stank of stale smoke. We went straight to the reception and they switched our room with no fuss. Thankfully the second room was absolutely fine! Shared bathroom, which we knew upon booking, but there are actually lots of toilets and showers dotted around the property so if one is busy, it doesn’t take much to find the next one. Decent price for Brighton, and incredible views from the attic room! "
