"The room was wonderful… bed comfortable, TV worked great, AC worked great … but the tub couldn’t drain well so it filled up to our ankles.."

The Lodge at Flat Rock
"The hotel was charming. It felt like an old mountain lodge and not like a chain hotel. The service was over and above the standard hotel from the friendly staff to the nice touches like snacks, bottled water and the personalized note with chocolates left on the bed."
