Welcome to this spacious and cosy villa in Henån, Orust, ideal for one or two families looking for a comfortable and active holiday near the sea and town. The house accommodates up to 9 guests and features four bedrooms plus a lounge with a sofa bed. Here you’ll find everything you need to relax and enjoy: a sauna, large conservatory, bubbling jacuzzi, trampoline, and a lovely lawn for play and outdoor games. The inviting terrace is perfect for barbecues, and the conservatory with seating for eight allows you to enjoy outdoor meals regardless of the weather. There are two bathrooms – one with a bathtub and one with a sauna and shower. Pets are welcome.



Things to do in Henån and nearby:

Just 1.5 km away, the centre of Henån offers restaurants, a fish shop, grocery store, small marina, playground, and a cosy ice cream kiosk with Lejonet & Björnen ice cream. You can also rent a SUP board or boat in the harbour, or rent bikes at the Kajutan cultural centre. Bus connections make it easy to reach both Uddevalla and Gothenburg. The beach area Småholmarna is 2.7 km from the house and features a diving tower, jetty, sandy beach, crabbing spots and toilet – perfect for both kids and adults. By car, you can easily reach Hafsten Resort (17 min), Torp Shopping Centre (23 min), Tjörnbro Arena with trampoline park and adventure golf (26 min), and Stellas playland in Uddevalla (34 min). Other great excursions include Nordens Ark (53 min) and Liseberg amusement park in Gothenburg (about 1 hour).



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 2000 SEK is mandatory and must be paid upon arrival. It will be refunded approximately one week after departure if the house is left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person.

• Final cleaning is not included. Guests must clean before departure. Cleaning supplies are available at the house.

• Electricity is included in the rental price. Charging of electric cars is not permitted.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
