"Love, love, love, the staff, the room, the DJ! What took away a star was the menu (sushi grade salmon on the bagel instead of smoked was definitely a fail and i ordered 3... terrible) and size of the "infinity pool". The cocktails and mocks were amazing. Juices were great. Service staff outstanding as said before. Definitely coming back just having food elsewhere. Please just enhance the menu a make it much larger and room service please. I would love to treat this destination as a full on...

"The staff were very kind, respectful and helpful. The room was nice. The pool was not inviting at all. It was actually very disappointing. Charging travelers $16 for a continental breakfast, not cool. Other than that, the stay was nice."

"Staff very unpleasant. An outdoor pool was actually next door and we were not even told about its availability. Middle of night fire alarm that was false but apparently happens frequently. I was overcharged for 3 nights of parking. Breakfast was fine. Other than that, I would never stay there again. Disappointed with lack of interest in staff. Not even an apology for false fire alarm . Stairs for escape not safe. Apparent used by people not guests for hanging out."

"Hotel was good ,but double beds are not queen size.One bed so close to AC so nobody could sleep as second person.Sofa bed was horrible not good.Overall breakfast was good, hotel is close to the beach. We had 2 boys with us So I slept near AC boys 12 and 7 on next bed and my husband on sofa-bed. Housekeeping on request ."

"Someone came into my room, replaced my towels, made my bed but supposedly my room wasn’t to be serviced. Manager said it might be it was an “add on” but front desk staff told me they always do towels on third day. My daughter had her pillow there with pink tie dye pottery barn pillowcase. They took off her pillowcase and replaced with a white one! I let them know immediately but they said it was a mistake and probably in laundry. Well they never found it. My bed was obviously made and new towels...

"So close to the beach, we didn’t use our car at all. Very clean hotel and wonderful staff. Indoor pool was helpful for rainy days and breaks from the ocean. Full breakfast every day was great and there were a variety of options. We loved eating at Gran Patron right next door."
