"Fan in the room kept us up all night making noise like it needed to be repaired. The "breakfast" was not a breakfast at all! Simply a cellophane wrapped tiny muffin and coffee."

"The building is currently being renovated. The pool is closed and there is no breakfast bar. My room is “good enough “ but the air conditioner is very loud. I originally made my reservation through Experian (I think) but I had to stay a second night and I had the hotel clerk make that reservation for me. Through Experian a one night visit was only $70, directly from the hotel a one night visit is only $50. If you don’t mind “roughing it” you can save yourself some $$."

"I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here."

"Amazing place to stay while visiting friends and family. Our studio suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable (the bedding was so soft!). The pool area was refreshing and clean, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of parking and easy access to all points of travel in town."

"Our stay was great. Breakfast selection was awesome. My kids loved the pool. I had the suite with the 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom the A/C unit worked great but the other room’s A/C unit did not work. But I did buy a small table fan and it was just fine. For the price that we paid everything was great"

We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. You can leave the door open to keep the air circulating.” We asked why this wasn’t disclaimed online or even upon check in, with no logical answer. I asked if they could comp us to joining rooms so we had AC, ‘Max’ became very defensive telling me that I would...

"A simple hotel with good beds & everything working & pleasant. Clean & well run; prompt housekeeping (touch ups each morning). Great staff who were friendly and helpful with our large family group occupying 8 rooms. A short walk (without crossing roads) to eating spots, nail salon, & a nice grocery store in the same complex."
