Welcome to your vacation destination this Spring and Summer in Our beautifully decorated, cozy, and impeccably clean 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is your perfect getaway. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children in the living room. Nestled in the heart of the charming Bavarian town of Helen, GA, you’ll be just a short stroll away from delightful shops, delicious restaurants, the thrilling mountain coaster, and fun tubing adventures. Plus, you’re only a 20-minute drive from breathtaking hiking trails and waterfalls. For fishing enthusiasts, there’s trout fishing just 50 feet from your doorstep. Come and experience the magic of River life! We have so many fun activities in Helen, there are now  indoor Pickle Ball courts on Escowee Drive. there is Yonah Mountain, Jumping goat cafe and winery, zip lining, tubing, fishing, Horseback riding, and you can even pet a capybara cafe to mingle with the little raschals. There is fun for everyone!

The location was perfect. Communication was very fast. We loved looking out at the river in the mornings. It was very nice to have a designated parking space in a busy area where you have to pay to park in public parking. We don’t always love the bed where we stay, but we loved this one! It was so comfortable and we didn’t wake up with achy backs or necks. A lovely stay for sure!

We loved our stay at River Life! It was a wonderful location and we were able to walk everywhere with our two babies in the stroller and leave our car at the property which saved us from having to get in and out and pay for parking. The condo itself was very clean and spacious and the screened in porch with the river view was perfect for our little crew to hang out on and enjoy. We loved walking to the playground to get our energy out and it is just a short stroll from the property. We will definitely stay again!

The condo couldn't be more perfectly located to enjoy your visit to Helen. We especially loved the porch and watching the folks float by on their tubes. And even though there are many restaurants to enjoy within walking distance, the kitchen was so well equipped that we grilled out and cooked dinner with our friends one night. Highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Helen.

Great location!

Clean, neat condo with elevator, easy walk to downtown Helen shops & restaurants. Screen porch at riverside Chattahoochee River was our fav spot. Host was quick to communicate and very helpful. We visit Helen often. This will be the first place we check for availability when we return!

We stayed here while our kids went to summer camp for the week. It is a perfect location to enjoy everything north George has to offer. Condo is very clean and even better than what is advertised. Communication with the owner is prompt. Check in and check out was very smooth. We will definitely stay here again.
