"The view of the harbour could not be appreciated as it is a ground floor apartment, curtains had to be pulled for privacy. The entrance door and area both inside and out were dirty. Radio show in pics had no batteries in! Door knob missing on kitchen door. When people were moving about on 1st floor there was lots of noise, possibily because it wasn't converted with good insulation?"

"I was pleasantly surprised by the superb location and views. Everything about my one night stay was impeccable with a possible question mark over parking. I was lucky finding a parking space on the promenade but in season it might be a problem. "

"The hotel is in a lovely location in the centre of Criccieth. An easy walk to both the castle and the David Lloyd George museum, home and grave. We had no trouble finding a parking slot in their free car park. Very comfortable bed. Best chips ever with our evening meal! Good hot and cold buffet breakfast, with toast made to order. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. It took us while to find room 37. Followed signs up and down a long corridor and finally found it on another level,...

"This has a lovely view of the harbour and is great if you just want somewhere to make a coffee and use as a base between adventures. Smart TV for the evenings was good so we could pop Netflix on and the leather chair is beautiful to sit in Pillows are SUPER comfortable on the bed and plenty of cushions/blankets if you visit in colder weather. "A very welcoming place to stay, staff are very attentive and ideally located. We had 2 rooms Both with balconies which was lovely to watch the sunset. Great sea views and lovely to wake up to the sound of the sea. Very quiet and cute place to stay. Highly recommend - wished we had booked for 2 nights… one was not enough …!"

"The location was great with a lovely sea view. All the staff were pleasant especially Josh who helped with bags . My only complaint is the standard of the room. It's very dated and needs TLC . Plaster falling off some of the walls. No bedside tables. Old shower curtain. Also breakfast was extra. We spoke with other people who was staying at another hotel cheaper rate with breakfast included. I wouldn't book again."

"We arrived about 3pm and were met by a cheerful lady who welcomed us and showed us our rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy and totally adequate for what we wanted and expected. All the amenities worked and it all smelt fresh. We got freshened up, had a walk around the village (Stunning views) then came back to eat at the hotel.
