"The rooms in this hotel are fine, if a bit cramped for 2 people. The staff are helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent. HOWEVER, here is an important tip: Do NOT eat in the hotel restaurant. The menu is very limited, and some of the items are very odd, including a cauliflower dish which was barely edible. And the lemon tart was not properly cooked. The chef lacks basic skills. So, avoid the restaurant."

"Using a machine to check in was easy and convenient but also felt impersonal and as such we felt like we had no contact with reception staff. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Bathroom the same. Didn’t have breakfast as we felt €20 quite expensive especially for small appetites. There was a coffee machine in the room but we couldn’t work it (no instructions) and a very small supply of coffee pods and tea bags.
