Hayti is a small, charming town that’s easy to navigate by car. Most local destinations, including grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations, are just a short drive away. If you're looking to explore beyond Hayti, Watertown is only about 20 minutes south and offers additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
For outdoor enthusiasts, Lake Poinsett is just a quick drive west, perfect for fishing, boating, or relaxing by the water. Parking is available on-site at the property, and the roads are well-maintained year-round.
While public transportation isn’t available, having a car will make it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. Rideshare services may be limited, so plan accordingly if you need transportation.
A rental agreement must be e-signed after booking, which outlines the rules and terms, and is required for our insurance.

Please note: The garage is not available as there is a car stored in it.
-No visitors without approval—only registered guests may access the property.
-Pets are strictly prohibited—no exceptions. This includes emotional support animals (Incurs a $500 fine).
-No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors, but guests must clean up after themselves. Cannabis use is prohibited anywhere on the property.
-Late check-outs without prior approval may result in a charge of $35 per hour, as cleaning schedules must be maintained for incoming guests.
-No Loud music or noises- respect the neighbors.
-No refunds for appliance failures and internet or power outages.
-Violation of these terms may result in eviction without refund and/or fines.
-A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. A link to e-sign the agreement will be sent via message after your reservation is confirmed. Failure to sign the rental agreement may result in cancellation of your booking.
-Use common sense and respect of neighbors and property.
