"The hotel is renovated and cozy and the staff made it a great stay ."

"Generally we had a good experience in this hotel."

"Beds extremely uncomfortable, AC did not get cold"

"Staff was great... the hotel is a bit dated."

"If you're looking for windows, my room didn't have any. And what a BLESSING! First time I've stayed in a downtown metro area where I could sleep well because there were no sirens and horn honkings! You're right in downtown, yet tucked away. Once you get inside, you'll be glad you chose it."

"Location."

"The Rizzo is fabulous! The staff is amazing and so helpful! The rooms are so nice! Definitely our go to property in Chapel Hill!"

"Pretty pleasant stay overall. I’d book here again."

"Its a nice hotel, we did get a eye roll when checking in from the associate due to the fact I didn't know my room number. That made me take stars off the review."

"Everybody was nice. Breakfast was delicious. The gym and laundry room was perfect. Will stay here again."

"Super convenient for dawn flight, 5 mins to terminal 2. Staff somewhat disorganized. Never received a room keycard because the coding machine was down for the entire evening. Room was clean but shower had hair in it. Breakfast area looked interesting but we left early before it was open."

"The staff is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately I was awoken this morning by the fire alarm and made to evacuate (in my pajamas with no shoes on) only to have it be a false alarm. At least we know they take safety seriously. Other than that, it was great."

"Historical inn. Excellent hospitality. Walking distance to UNC campus and to many bars and restaurants."

"Clean, updated rooms with good amenities and coffee. Helpful staff. Pleasant, open community spaces."
