This level also houses a bathroom/laundry with shower, washing machine, dryer and separate toilet, a media/children's area with TV and DVD player as well as a double lock up garage with internal access. 

The third level of the home is accessed via a narrow staircase with a Queen bed, study area and a large window with spectacular views over the Port Stephens bay!
