"Our family of 5 were well accommodated at this lovely appointed home. We had everything we needed for sleeping comfortably and making our meals. Bring salt and pepper lol. What we found to be the best part, other than its quaint charm, was the fabulous location. Mintues from the outdoor all purpose arena. And the zoo was a short 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great communication with the host. I highly recommend this place and we will return. Best regards!"

"Home was lovely. But the management was terrible. No advance contact. Non responsive through the app or to texts. There was no hot water because gas was disconnected. It was reconnected the next day, the gas company said it was shut off due to non payment. But no further response from the manager. She didn’t check on us. Didn’t send checkout information. Very limited amenities. 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay. Kitchen supplies were sparse as well. "

"The home we arrived at was NOT the same home as advertised - and it was filthy: bugs, dirty sheets, pimple pus on bathroom mirror, etc. The host would not respond to our phone calls, texts or messages sent via VRBO messenger so we reached out to VRBO. VRBO immediately issued their portion of the refund. The owner then agreed to issue a refund & said it would take up to 15 days. That was over a month ago. I still have not received the refund (nearly 900). "

"I would give this retreat one million stars if I could! By far the BEST we’ve stayed at. Super clean, super cozy, super spacious and super hosts! The attention to so many details in every aspect of this property shines through the minute you walk through the door. Spectacular sunsets over the private lake and the serene country atmosphere made this the perfect retreat for a fantastic girls weekend. The Hosts even helped out with a flat tire the day of checkout. We will for sure be back...
