"The staff were very friendly and made the check-in process go smoothly. The only problem we had was the temperature of the water in the shower. One moment it would be very hot and within seconds it would go tepid to ice cold without touching the nozzle. The first day I thought it was potentially because of the time of morning I took a shower (busier time due to check-out) but the second morning I took a shower a couple of hours earlier than the previous morning and it was the same thing. "This hotel has obvious long-term guests who are camping in the rooms with their doors open. The hotel management thought it would be a great idea to let us stay in a room directly next to one of those guest rooms which had at least 4 people inside being loud while drinking alcohol mid-day. They even attempted to open the door between ours rooms through the connection - after visibly seeing us outside and knowing it was occupied. We left to book another hotel before it got dark since we expect it...

When we called and asked what it was, we were told we stole the room charging port. "Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

"Awesome hotel!! Location literally cannot be beat, you are right in the middle of everything downtown has to offer! Valet staff were very nice, as well as front desk. Highly recommend. "
