"Absolutely wonderful stay! Owners were great. "Time Out" was wonderfully decorated inside and out. Great water feature outside with fish. Outside porch with hot tub. Additional deck with wading type pool. We WILL be staying there on all future trips to Hot Springs! Word of warning, watch out for Missy! She likes to sneak up on you (pet deer that thinks she's dog)! I can't think of a single negative thing about this place."

"This property is absolutely beautiful! The view from the dock and even from the den inside the home is stunning — the perfect backdrop for a peaceful escape. We loved relaxing on the spacious deck, taking in the scenery, and enjoying the quiet surroundings. It’s an ideal spot for a couples’ getaway — comfortable, private, and incredibly relaxing. The hosts were so communicative and helpful, making the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!"

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It's in a gated community with a large playground and an enormous pool, but the cabin itself is beautifully hidden in the woods surrounded by wildlife! It is close to Lake catherine state park and Garvan Gardens which we love. My son is already talking about going back!"

"Instead of taking grandchildren to Florida for our end of summer trip we went to Magic Springs and our four day stay was pleasurable! John was very attentive to my questions and comments. Kids enjoyed game area and being able to grill was very good! We like to stay in newer homes and this one was a great choice!"

"We hosted our 2025 Family reunion in HSV. Adults and infants traveled from NYC, LA, San Diego, N. Dakota.... The property was perfect. Enough bedrooms for all and great common areas for games and fun. The big kitchen wa a hit as we prepared meals and warmed up bottles. The water front allowed for pontoon boat docking and we enjoyed the warm water of Lake Balboa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Voted most likely to host the next reunion!"
