When we arrived the property owner cole stephens text me through your site and said he didn't know how we booked it and my wife was crying because we had planned this trip in plenty of time, he never reached out to us until we arrived after us trying to contact him. He quit texting me almost immediately because we couldn't get the cabin we booked in advance, so this lady called , i think she was the manager, and offered us another cabin, it waz about a 3rd the size of the one we booked, we was promised some of our money back if we took it. It was horribly nasty, garbage was in the can already with no bag in it, dead bugs in the medicine cabinet, acorns and bugs and mice feces in the bottom of the stove, shower was cracked as well in the bottom, the property was supposed to have wifi, but of course that way working either. Someones dirty clothing under the dresser stand. Dirty washcloths was laying in the shower, Carpet was filthy, i wore just my socks 1st day, they were black and really dirty. We also didnt have lakeview overlooking, the other one did. I would like a partial reimbursement for all the bs we went through , i have pictures to support all this as well. This was the worst vacation weve ever had.
