"If I could give zero stars, I would. Our stay at Holiday Inn Roseville was incredibly disappointing and honestly disturbing. We stayed for 9 days, and housekeeping barely happened. Our room went 3 straight days without being cleaned. Trash piled up, towels weren’t consistently refreshed, and basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were often not replenished. For the price and the length of our stay, that level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable. The most upsetting part...

"Hotel has been recently remodeled. I like that there is no carpet in the room. The room darkening blind works very well. It is quiet. The shower is fantastic. The room is small with a small refrigerator & no closet but there is a small area to hang your clothes. I would say ideal for a quick overnight stay but not for an extended period of time. The only problem we encountered was the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We didn’t discover it until late at night so we’re not able to report it...

"We were traveling with a small dog (six pounds) and selected the hotel based on pet friendliness. All the staff who met our dog were kind and happy to see her. The staff, in general were really very helpful and went out of their way to make the three of us welcome and comfortable. The property is well located. "This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!"
