"Conveniently located and clean with an easy parking lot. The place was fine, but a pretty big disparity between the listing, professional feeling web interface, huge deposit and real life.
Ultimately, it was ‘fine’ - comfortable and served the purpose for our trip. The coffee bar (Keurig with plenty of pods) and coffee pot was nice to have, but there was ONE coffee mug, two disposable cups, and one travel mug that seems to have been left behind. "Incredibly sweet host. So caring and you can tell she genuinely loves having guests. Such a delicious breakfast each morning and excellent communication. House was immaculate and in prime location for attractions like the famous Bellvale creamery, Warwick drive in, and adorable fall activities which were recommended by our host. 10/10 experience and looking forward to returning:)"

"We had a great stay! The house was nice, clean, and comfortable, and everything was as expected. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We did have a small issue during our stay (our fault), but the host addressed it promptly and made sure it was taken care of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again."

"Great house for a big group! We were in town for a wedding and had plenty of space for 10 adults. Everything clean and a nice view from the deck. Kitchen stocked with keurig pods which was very appreciated. Big driveway which was nice.Only thing to note is there’s no communal bathrooms upstairs, 3 of the rooms have en suite bath but the 4th room needs to walk downstairs. Only relevant if you are filling all 6 king/queen rooms."
