"Apartment was clean and well resourced. On-site swimming pool was clean, with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Staff were very helpful and communication through text message was excellent. Parking was in a main car park at the top of a very hilly site with a 40 yard walk to carry luggage up and down a fairly steep hill."

"Generally good, clean & well equipped. We did have problems with the shower which would only maintain temperature for approx 1 min & then would turn freezing cold. The only way to reset it was to turn it off & back on again for another 1 minute warm shower. Otherwise a nice property with comfy sofas & good value for money. "

"Fabulous location, great house for 3 couples with 3 bathrooms. We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team. "The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate. upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. I felt a little swarmed and uncomfortable. The room itself was nice and spacious, clean and functional. Very Warm however due to the hot weather and a lack of aircon. "Very clean and comfortable. Matches the pictures shown. Netflix and local gym/pool included was great thank you. Communication through routine attachments sent was good but slow or no response to individual questions asked via Expedia app compared to other hotels/ accommodations where response has been much better. Price is on higher side and for me was a little overpriced for Great Yarmouth as a location overall. But can’t fault the property and the views."

"Very spacious property (all be it up 3 flights of stairs), clean, modern and good facilities. When arrived room with 2 single beds was in fact made into a double which wasn’t what we wanted (I had explained I needed 5 beds so sofa bed was also made up). Also no cleaning products, broom or dustpan which would have been useful. Road noisy as old building windows not soundproof facing the main road. Few drunk and dodgy people around noisy at night. 20 mins walk to beach which was ok for us and...
