"The staff had been very polite and attentive. Even my friend was shocked to receive a birthday note. Amenities could be a bit dated but for this price range and location, it's still worth it. Keep up the positive work and step up the maintenance accordingly! Thank you for the warm service."

Royal Signature Hotel Hanoi
"Spacious and clean rooms with the best staff. However, there are lots of inconveniences: in accessible by car, breakfast located few minutes away from hotel and broken hot water line when we were there."

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
"初めてのハノイで3泊しました。このホテルは立地も良く、バス停か ら徒歩8分。旧市街の中心地までもそのくらい、トレインストリートまでも徒歩圏内です。部屋も広く一人で快適に過ごせました。建物は新しくはないですが清潔で、朝食も美味しかったです。チェックアウト後に荷物を夕方まで預かっていただいたうえ、バスの時間までロビーで寛がせて頂き、DAさんには話し相手にもなっていただきました。日本人にも向いているホテルという印象です。"
