"今回は3ベッドルームのお部屋に宿泊しました。部屋はとても広く、清掃も行き届いており、快適に過ごすことができました。ホテル周辺もきれいに整備された街並みで、カフェやコンビニなどが近く、滞在するにはとても便利な環境です。 一方で、シャワー、シャワールームの扉、ドアノブなど、客室設備にいくつか不具合がありました。フロントに修理を依頼すると対応していただきましたが、残念ながら滞在中に完全に直るところまでは至りませんでした。 フロントをはじめ、スタッフの皆さんは親切で丁寧でした。ただ、設備トラブルへの対応やスタッフ間の連携、コミュニケーションについては、5つ星ホテルとしてのサービスを考えると、設備の維持管理も含めて、まだ改善の余地があるように感じました。 ..."
