It was my son's 8th birthday on the day we arrived and they set up balloons, treats and a hand written note from one of the managers. "

"Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!"

"We stayed in the king room and it was fantastic. Good size room, decor really lovely, bed was so comfortable, blackout blinds for a sleep in and an incredible shower. The location is on point, 5mins walk to casino, 10mins to Seafood markets, directly across from walkway bridge to city and bonus points that parking station is literally 200mtrs from car to hotel door. 100% would stay again and recommend. "

"객실과 뷰가 정말 환상적이었음. 오페라 하우스 뷰는 정말 평생잊지 못할 경험이었다. 차에서 내리면 직원들은 모두 친절했다. 감기에 걸렸는데 따뜻한 물을 요청했고 바로 가져다주었다. 또한 채크인을 빨리해주었고 루프탑 수영장도 하버브릿지 바로 아래라 좋았다. 다만 수질은 좋지 않아보였다. 건물이 오래되었으나 관리눈 잘된 편이다. "
