The community feels like a beautiful, quiet beach community. Since you are next to a corner lot, there is very little traffic coming through the area so you can enjoy the outdoor amenities. Around the corner is less than ¼ mile walk to the beachfront and the beach festivities and an excellent pizza place is within walking distance.

We have the home stocked with a starter kit for your stay including a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags for the kitchen, laundry soap, sponge and dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

Supplies required over this amount will be the responsibility of the guests to purchase for their stay. There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains.

This property requires a $500 refundable security deposit. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something does happen and damages occur, the manager will deduct the cost of those damages from that security deposit of $500. Please keep in mind that this security deposit does apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees.

As a reminder, we do not allow parties or unregistered guests outside of the reservation on the property. In order to respect our neighbors, quiet hours are 9 pm-8 am and are strictly enforced. We do have a noise detection system on the property that will not pick up conversation, but merely listen for noise levels. Please be respectful of our community and our neighbors. This includes playing loud music in cars parked on the street or driveway. We will give you one warning that the quiet hours need to be respected, after the second warning there will be a $50 fee, and if we have to warn a guest a third time about the noise level during their stay we will cancel the reservation without a refund.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
