"The host should let guest know that there are no televisions in any of the 3 bedrooms especially for people booking with kids. The only tv is in the living room. We did experience an issue with not having any hot water in the upstairs bathroom which was reported to the owner. Aside from this the home was very spacious and clean."

It took me four months to get a response to revise our stay dates but we were finally able to about a month before our stay so it worked out. There were no hand towels in the downstairs bathroom nor hand soap. And no paper towels. But still those were things we could deal with. "Great property not too far from the beaches! Between the pool, hot tub, mini golf, and theater room, our family had plenty to do at the house when we weren't out exploring Virginia Beach. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or needs as well."
