"This property is in a perfect location. The house was clean and had all the stuff you could need to enjoy your stay. Silverware, cups, plates towels, blankets, bedding ect. Just beware the low ceilings down stairs, they got my husband a few times. The lake and docks are stunning. The hot tub was very clean. All around a great stay."

David & Holly had a happy birthday banner hanging in the main room and left a heart shape of rose petals on the master bed as an anniversary surprise! There was a loaf of fresh baked bread in the kitchen and farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Both were so delicious and we enjoyed them each morning for breakfast. There was a little hiccup with the hot tub being at temp upon arrival, and our hosts were gracious to provide...

"We had a good time. The home suited our needs and we made use of the provided canoe along with our own kayaks. A little trouble with the shower mechanics but once worked out it was fine. Nice being on a smaller less touristy lake when compared to Seneca and Cayuga but we still accessed those areas. Would tecommend"
