The Space:
The former commercial unit is located in Hamburg Rotherbaum and has been converted into a charming 2-bedroom apartment. The 45 m² apartment is located in the basement and offers enough space for seven people. The apartment has a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy living area. This is equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable sofa elements, which can be converted into single beds.

Look forward to a real Hamburg experience with fantastic connections to the city center.

The upscale district of Rotherbaum is surrounded by the Außenalster lake and is characterized by Tudor-style villas and mansions from the pre-war period. The Alsterpark offers spacious meadows on the shore, inviting for picnics and boat watching.The subway station Hallerstraße is just a 7-minute walk away. You can reach Hamburg's city center in just 15 minutes.

Getting Around:
Underground station Hallerstraße with access to underground line U1 is just a 3 minute walk to the apartment.

U1 operates to the city center and Hamburg main station.

Nach einer Stund in der Unterkunft 2 Kakerlaken erschlagen. Mir wurde daraufhin eine Nachreinigung am nächsten Tag versprochen. Konnte ich aber nicht erkennen. Der Fussboden im Eingangsbreich ist total kaput.Die Lage ist super aber auch das einzige gute. Das Bett war eine durchgelegene Schaumstoffmatratze. Das Apartment ist fast im Keller. Aus dem Fenster kann man nicht schauen. Preislich günstig. Also sollte man nicht zuviel erwarten.

Best feature is the location

Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Within walking distance of several eateries and grocery. Walkable to Dammtor Station and Alster Lake. Accommodations were adequate. Would have liked the windows to have bars on the outside in order to feel safe leaving them open at night. (No airconditioning) Stove was difficult to use and there were no instructions. (Even a QR code linking to instructions would be helpful). Lastly, we had five people and while the information says sleeps seven, it would be very cramped with seven people.

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sauber, ordentlich, ruhig und doch recht zentral. Für 2 Erwachsene und drei Kinder absolut ausreichend, da man ja eh den ganzen Tag in HH unterwegs ist.
