"Location is good. Close to Key West with a comparatively affordable price. Would be nice if they had a beach for swimming. Facilities also need some uplifting. "

"Everything was wonderful. Rooms were great and cleaned daily. Front desk staff was great but your staff at the Rum Row were on Top of it. ESPECIALLY IRINA AND PEDRO Both are Top Notch!!! Everyone at the Bar was Excellent but those 2 just stood out to us. Pedro was helping and making sure everyone was happy while the bar was packed. Definitely will be back again."

"Hotel pictures online have not been updated to current condition. All room doors are located outside. Gaps under the door which can let bugs in. After checking into our room, my family brought dinner to the room. After about 15 mins our counter and food was covered in ants. Ants were also in the bedroom and bathroom. Made our concern known to the front staff and all we were offered was a refund of the resort fee. Lot of money to pay to stay somewhere that has a bug issue. Will not stay there...
