"This was the Worst hotel I have stayed in. It was not represented correctly. We had a king suite and it was supposed to have a pull out couch but had no additional furniture. Just a big empty room. No cleaning for 3 days. Ran out of towels and soap and toilet paper. It 2 outlets in the whole room. ..."
