The kitchen is a good size and comes fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. The kitchen also has plenty of countertop space, moderm appliances, and it overlooks the dining areas and living room.
Something to point out about this home is that all the communal areas have vaulted ceilings . This means that all the rooms have an open, grand feeling to them.
There are two dining areas. The first dining area, the breakfast nook, is just off of the kitchen. Here, you can sit down and have your morning coffee. There is seating for up to 4 people. Just off of the other side of the kitchen is the second dining area: the formal dining area. Here, up to 6 people can sit down together and enjoy a meal.
The living room is in between the two dining areas. It has two comfortable sofas, an oversized armchair, a large TV, and glass patio doors that both let in plenty of natural light as well as let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The living room is the perfect place for everyone to sit down together, relax, and watch a good Disney movie after a long day out at the park.
The pool area is large and has a good-sized, lagoon-shaped pool. Here, you can take a dip in the pool to cool off from the Florida heat and lay down on one of the sun loungers to work on your tan, Or, if you want to be outside but escape the sun for a while, there is a covered lanai that has a patio table and chairs underneath it for you to relax on. Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.
There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is large and has a King-size bed, private access to the pool, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a full-size bed plus a single bed ideal for family teens, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout this house.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
