정원뷰를 예약했는데 오션뷰 주니어 스위트로 업그레이드 받았습니다. 리조트 전체 시설이나 직원들의 친절함 등등 매우 만족스러웠지만, 정작 업그레이드 받은 방에 생각보다 하자가 꽤나 있었어요. 체크인 했을때 TV 리모컨이 작동하지 않았고, 샤워시설에 문제가 있어서 온도 조절이 불가했고 왜 이런식으로 만들었는지 모르겠는 샤워기 버튼은 고무가 끼어서 동작하지 않았어요. 심지어 오버헤드 샤워기는 물을 틀면 파이프에서 괴성을 내 며 물이 나오다 말고 제대로 동작하지 않았습니다. 연속적으로 엔지니어를 불렀어야 했고 많은 시간을 방에서 허비해야 ...
