"The house was clean and well stocked with many creature comforts; coffee, toiletries, and even laundry detergent. The house is older, but very comfortable and well kept. The only downside, if any, is the driveway that is steep and gravel as opposed blacktop with a tricky intersection. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and it was absolutely perfect for our family. "

"I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. "

"Very Clean and New. Location very convenient to Shopping , Coffee and Winery. Place very very small but Shower was huge and token gifts such as wine and toiletries a big plus . As well as guest for TV for Netflix. Added bonus outdoor space makes up for lack of living room. I would recommend this place and stay again for sure. "We had a great, relaxing Thanksgiving holiday at this spacious Southington, CT home. It was the perfect spot to visit one of my daughters and be able to have my mother-in-law stay with us so we could cook and host Thanksgiving dinner. The house was well-stocked and supplied with everything we needed, and then some; which allowed us to have a stress-free holiday as if we were in our own home. We highly recommend this home and will keep it in mind for future extended stays in the area."

"Vincent was amazing to work with! We decided to change the dates and he was very patient and helpful while we got it updated with VRBO. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful trees and active squirrels (my daughter’s favorite part). The location was convenient for our needs. We all enjoyed the game tables and the convenience of the washer and dryer. We even tried out the projector one night to watch a couple of episodes of Gilmore Girls – so fun! Vincent checked in once we arrived...
