"Was a very nice stay. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants. Centrally located to downtown and not far from Field of Dreams. If we're ever in Dyersville again, I'd definitely look to stay here."

"We chose this location because of the spacious accommodations and the views, it did not disappoint. The views are spectacular and exceeded our expectations. There were 11 of us, our 87 year old Mom down to our 2 year old great niece. We had more than enough room for everyone. We were very satisfied with what is provided there, especially plenty of bath towels as well as plenty kitchen towels and dish clothes. I always bring extra paper products, dishwasher and dish soap, towels, etc... when...

"This place was wonderful with only one exception (see below). The fenced yard was huge and our dog loved it. The place is in a great location and very quiet neighborhood. The only negative is it didn't have central air and the window air conditioner was very loud. We left it on when we were out to cool the place as it was too loud to watch TV or chat with it on. It was in the high 80's-90's when we were they so it was definitely needed. Otherwise a great place and great owner."

"We love Guttenburg but this particular trip was for a fishing tournament for our boys. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location only 3-4 minutes to the river whether you’re using the main boat ramp or the north boat ramp, close to the grocery store, gas stations, restaurants and downtown.. the beds were comfy as was the furniture. No complaints about anything. Some have mentioned the trains which didn’t bother us. We will definitely be staying here again!...
