"This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to history, culture and shopping in Seoul, Korea. We had a one bedroom and then moved to 2-bedroom because we needed another bedroom. Having a washer/dryer is a big plus. I gave 4 star for the amenities because the sauna was not updated and no hot tubs. I just want to give a shoutout to Rachel who helped us in so many ways. Thank you, Orakai!!"

"Nice simple accommodation in a super convenient area for sightseeing and from/to Incheon Airport as the airport limousine bus stops right at the door step. Gimpo airport access is also easy with just one tube/subway line. Millions of restaurant choices in walking distance. Efficient staff. Defo stay here again next time in Seoul. "

"Overall cannot beat the location. The annex building is right around the corner from the aubway station and a major bus hub. You're also walking distance from Myeongdong and Insadong. The biggest plus was free bottle water and new towels everyday. It can get loud at night but if you are walking around all day, you should sleep right through it all. "

"I loved the free laundry!! Having a washing machine in the room and a free dryer (it's on the second floor) is such a blessing!! The room was spacious, had a kitchen with microwave and stove, and sink, and TV with Netflix and YouTube for the kids! The staff were kind and accommodating and super helpful! "I would a 100% recommend this place, the location is great and easy accessible with the subway to get around to other places, good food options nearby, and nice bars in the neighborhood. The place was clean, and quite so you can get good rest when needed, the people are really nice and will help with anything you need. This will absolutely be the place i stay again next time! "

"A comfortable stay. Was surprised how soundproofed the unit was. Didn’t hear neighbors at all. Being on the 14th floor, we also heard no street noise. Having the washer was great for a mid-trip refresh of our clothes. A little tight for two people to move around at the same time but we made it work.
