"We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved our balcony room with a view of the lake. Couldn't stop taking pics from it. Grounds are excellent and well maintained. Breakfast was good, but the same each day. Two things we'd suggest though, pillows were feathered and had no substance (had to ask for additional) and no lotion in the bathroom. These are minor things compared to how much we loved the setting. Would highly recommend."

"This is a nice, old-fashioned, family-run hotel close by the lake shore, and about ten minutes walk from the rail stations and boat pier. Staff were nice and friendly and the hotel is clean, and quite basic - there was a good breakfast. A good option for anyone who wants a simple stay."

"An incredible spot. We chose to leave the car in town and enjoyed the gondola up. If you stay a night it should be half price. The views were amazing and the gondola stops at the property. Probably the most scenic accommodation ever. Also good food and drink and nice staff. 10/10z"

"could not recommend a better spot to stay. be aware- it’s at the top of the hill so if you plan to bus and walk your luggage to the hotel it’s a lot! but SO WORTH IT. we had a balcony room with the most amazing views ever and all the farm animals. I felt like I was dreaming. 10/10 so happy to be stayed here and would literally spend a lifetime here if I could"

However, we came at a time where the staff was on spring break so we had to go to another local hotel nearby for any sort of help/check in or out we needed. Our heater didn’t work but they were kind to offer transferring to the partner hotel. Breakfast was included too which was nice. "This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. The chef our waiter and everyone made sure we were taken care of! If you want a spectacular stay then stay at this wonderful hotel!"
