·      Speed limit is 5mph in the Community
·      No Parking on the Grass or Curbs
·      Park ONLY in the Garage or Parking Space
·      Boats, Trailers, & RVs Not Permitted
·      Parking pass MUST BE DISPLAYED in your Dash at All Times
·      Trash: Please put all trash (bagged) in the dumpster behind the white vinyl fence at the front of the property.

POOL RULES:
·      Hours: 8am to 10pm
·      Pool and resort amenities are for guest use ONLY
·      Arm bands MUST be worn at all times while in the pool areas
·      Children under 16 are not allowed without an adult
·      NO GLASS of any kind is permitted
·      Babies and all non-potty trained children MUST wear swim diapers while in the pool

VILLAS AT LEGACY COMMUNITY RULES:
·      ALL guests must wear yellow wristbands at pools, hot tubs, exercise room.
·      No individual under 18 years old is allowed in the workout room.
·      No glass at the pools - clean up any trash/food wrappers before leaving pools.
·      No water balloons can be utilized in pool areas.
·      Children under 16 must have an adult with them at the pools.
·      If you raise an umbrella, please lower and secure with strap when leaving unless another guest desires to use it.
·      All non-potty-trained infants/toddlers must wear a swim diaper - if there is an accident of excrement in the pool, guest will be responsible for draining and re-sanitizing the pool.
·      Vehicles of guests must display a parking authorization from the rental company on the dash or rearview mirror -without this displayed authorization, vehicle is subject to towing at the guest expense.
·      Vehicles must be parked either completely in the garage (with the door closed) or in a parking space with white lines on either side of the vehicle. Any vehicle parked on a curb or non-parking space is subject to towing at the guest expense.
·      Speed limit is 5 mph on the property - violators will be stopped and warned once - repeat violation may result in a $50 FINE.
·      No boats, trailers, or RVs are allowed to be parked anywhere on the
property.
·      Do not allow anyone to use the assigned gate code or to try to come
through the gate while it is up from code entry - the gate has a short timer and will hit the car. It is also under camera surveillance, and if the gate arm is damaged due to unauthorized entrance, the violator will pay to have it replaced.
·      No automotive maintenance work/repair is allowed to be performed at any time anywhere on the property.
·      Please DO NOT litter the property (including cigarette butts) - dispose of them properly or individual can incur a $50 FINE.
·      DO NOT hang towels, swimsuits, or clothing from any porch balcony - dryers are in units. Repeat violation may result in a $25 FINE per occurrence.
·      Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am - no loud music, profanity, or persons running in units will be tolerated.
·      Please place bagged household trash in the dumpster behind the white vinyl fence at the front of the property. There is a metal door to place trash into chute - it is not an open top dumpster.
·      For safety purposes, no grill is allowed to be used on any lower or upper balcony. Place grill on concrete outside garage 10 feet from building. Do not dump charcoal ashes on grounds - wait until completely cooled, place in bag and deposit in dumpster.
·      For safety purposes, no fireworks are allowed to be discharged on the property at any time.
