Unidad del 7mo piso. ¡Excelentes vistas! Vista del atardecer durante todo el año! Desde nuestro balcón espacioso y muy privado, disfrutar de uno de los mejores lugares en todas las costas del Golfo para disfrutar de una puesta de sol hermosa. Disfrute de la tranquilidad del lado de la laguna de la vida al visitar Gulf Shores. Situado justo debajo del ático, nuestro punto de vista balcón incluye el Golfo de México, la isla, el pase, pequeña laguna, y una fantástica vista del atardecer. Vamos hacia abajo y experimentar el lado de la laguna perezoso de Gulf Shores.

Condo just what needed

The condo was perfect for our trip for the festival. We were told ahead of time about the construction but were unaware of the extent, but besides some dust it didn’t affect our stay. We were not given a parking pass with no communication back from the host or the office . More communication regarding where to find the condo would have been nice , we got in at 2 am and were wandering around a strange area unaware of where to go. Would stay again for the area and condo itself though!

The view was the best thing about this property. Had to call someone to check in because nothing wasn't sent to me about check in or check out. Fridge wasn't working right called about it told me I have to much in fridge but the only thing that was in it was popsicles in freezer and 6 waters in refrigerator. Nothing never froze had to use the freezer as a refrigerator the floors were black had to mop when I got there within 10 minutes my son's feet were dirty had to pay for an extra parking pass when I said there were two vehicles coming $30 is a little over top for a piece of paper.

Beautiful view!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The best thing about the condo is the beautiful view! The area is not crowded, so there wasn’t a lot of people to compete with. The only negatives that I could see is the balcony doors need to be replaced, and the condo is slightly dated. Neither of these things detracted from our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Last Minute Decision

Gino was an amazing host. I love booking istings wgere the owner is the poc and not a property manager. Makes the entire experience so much for personal. My group had plenty of comfort and the location is conveniently located as well as both quiet and breathtaking for a sunset view. We will be booking again.

Great accommodations, and perfect location.

We stayed for Labor Fay weekend and had a great time. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool.. The facility also has a place to keep a boat. This is a prime spot for water sports and beautiful sunsets.

*BEST KEPT SECRET IN GULF SHORES*

I have been visiting the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area since 1994. This has been the BEST beach vacation I have ever had all due to Garry and his condo!!! Garry's condo has a million dollar view. Huge balcony that looks over The Little Lagoon. You can see the Gulf and the Little Lagoon Pass Beach from the balcony!! Directly in front of the balcony, there is a beautiful fishing dock/pier. I couldn't believe that I could hear the ocean waves and the water lapping against the dock at the same time. Did I mention that the sun sets directly in front of you and it isn't blocked by any high rises?! The outdoor pool was never crowded and overlooks the Little Lagoon! To our surprise, there was a little private beach with calm water and hermit crabs right next to the pool!!! It was so nice to have an indoor pool, as well, for when it rains! There is a little shaded area for picnics and barbeque and also a boardwalk with benches on the condo side of the Lagoon. NON STOP OCEAN BREEZE. The location can't be beat. To give an idea, it only takes 1 minute to drive to public gulf beach access with parking, 2 minutes to Little Lagoon Pass Beach, and 10 minutes to The Original Oyster House. The condo is far enough away for privacy, and close enough to the excitement! Watching storms roll in over the Lagoon, and watching people fishing from the pier was so relaxing. Kayaks can be rented for the Lagoon, and the fishing dock/pier has parking for boats and wave runners! The condo was spacious and clean. Large kitchen with marble counter tops! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook with. Coffee makers, blenders, you name it! It was so nice having two spacious bedrooms that are far enough apart for privacy. Two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has balcony access! The laundry room right inside the door was wonderful to have to help keep the place clean. The number one element that made our vacation and the condo the very best was Garry. He was extremely kind and accommodating during check in and check out. He was easy to contact for questions, and quick to respond. I have NEVER had a condo owner be so genuinely caring and doing what he could to make sure everything was perfect for us! Such a great and friendly guy!!! GARRY'S CONDO WILL BE OUR GO-TO BEACH PLACE FROM HERE ON OUT!!

Great Location - Great Price

The property was priced extremely well for its location. My entire family loved the views and the easy access to both the Lagoon and the beach! The Lagoon beach connection (you can see from the balcony) with the ocean was the hidden spot for families with small kiddos; which we would of found it sooner on our stay.

Amazing Sunsets

Garry was a pleasure to work with as was meeting Patsy and Steve. Friendly and informative. We loved the condo location as it was very quiet, relaxing, and family orientated. We enjoyed watching people fish from the pier, kayak, and paddle board. There are no words to describe the sunsets, breathtaking ! We will return but not soon enough!

Unique location with tons to do and unmatched views!

We'd never stayed on the lagoon, but with Garry's property, you get the best of the beach AND the lagoon! Sunsets that you can't top, but you can still see the beach, too. Fishing, kayaking, incredible pools, lifeguard station at the beach (which is super close), and just minutes from downtown Gulf Shores. The condo was homey, beautiful, and perfect. The huge, private balcony was our favorite place. We'll definitely book with Garry again! He was great to work with!

Great Visit!

We had a wonderful time visiting the Gulf Shores area! The condo was absolutely perfect, clean and welcoming! The view can’t be beat! Literally we sat on the balcony many of the mornings and late evenings and watched the sun rise/go down! Absolutely stunning view. The outdoor pool also had a stunning sunset view! The owner was very friendly, communicated extremely well and gave us all the details needed for the trip! We will be back! I highly recommend (this was not our first rodeo but this was the best place yet) Thanks!
