In addition, this condo offers an opportunity for larger groups, sleeping up to 12 guests. With a walk-through double doorway that adjoins two side by side condos, units #272 and #273. This provides four king bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two living room areas and two oceanfront balconies for your group. Check availability for Island Winds West #272 and #273.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Room was very clean, the hallways to the rooms was very outdated and dirty looking. The pool needed to be cleaned as well. Access to the beach was very easy and nice

Great place for a Family Vacation

This place as located perfectly on the beach. The hangout was a ten minute walk away, there was an Alvin’s Island across the road with with a candy and ice cream shop inside that the kids loved. The beach here was nearby the public beach which I know some people worry about but it was not an issue at all. The pool at this property was great as well, even had a one foot deep pool for the littles and it was perfect for the non swimmer. The only issue I had was the window in the front bedroom didn’t have a lock on it. I was too busy to go and tell the front desk but I did notice there was a stack of new windows by the parking lot as we walked one day so it may be going to be replaced soon. This was a great booking and i do plan on returning.

We loved our room and our view of the beach.

The room was very comfortable. In our last night there the dryer stopped working and we were unable to dry our clothes. It was too late in the night to get someone to come and fix it. The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. I greeted her when we first arrived but she told us to wait until she quite typing things into the computer. There was no smile whatsoever. All the other employees were very friendly. We’ll be back next year. Thank you for having us!

Great location paper thin walls

Overall for the location this condo is at it’s not bad. I do appreciate the updated furnishings but it could use a bit more cleaning in between guests. There was hair in the bathrooms and trash under the furniture. Nothing super disgusting though. I will say that I have stayed at a lot of condos in this area (one right beside this one) and for two bedroom two bath this one is the smallest. The one real problem was that the walls are SUPER THIN! It sounded like people were moving furniture 24/7 all around us. It made it very hard to relax or sleep. Constant banging. The entry doors are so heavy that every time we or anyone else in other units closed the front doors it sounded horrible. Just non stop banging. I can’t say that I will stay here over another option next time but if you’re not bothered by noise it shouldn’t bother you. Great location but not for me.

Great Condo

This condo was exactly as posted. We loved being able to walk to area stores and restaurants rather than driving. The complex has the friendliest workers, and when our air conditioner was leaking, they had someone up there fixing it immediately. The only downside was the large amount of young partiers that checked in for the weekend. We didn’t complain about the noise or obnoxiousness, but it was disheartening to see such drunkenness behavior.
