Decent

Pool and fishing pier were awesome. Especially the fishing pier for my teenage boys! Beach was double red flags practically the whole time my family was there but we were able to swim in little lagoon so we were not really affected at all so that was a huge plus. WiFi password that they give you does not work and i had to call the internet provider myself to get it which took an hour so that was a huge negative for me. All in all tho i would definitely stay there again if we go back! A little pricey but everything was in the area at the time.

Nice view of the Lagoon

Older building but well kept. Bathrooms need to be bigger but we still enjoyed our stay. However, we did NOT like the fact that Brett Robinson sent maintenance out without notifying us. The two men opened our locked condo door and proceeded to come in without our permission. We felt this was not appropriate and should have, at the least, given us a heads up that they were coming.

Weekend stay was great

Clean and exactly as advertised. I love the access to the pier and the view is delightful morning to sunset! We rented kayaks from the building manager and thoroughly enjoyed a morning adventure there on the bay. Lovely.

5⭐️ experience but for the tub/toilet areas being in need of attention. Well equipped kitchen. Great patio seating with a full view of the lagoon. Easy beach access.

Family Vacation 2023

Property was adequate. Some Minor updates are needed but nothing that altered a trip. The bathroom (specifically the toilet/tub areas) are extremely small, but they served the purpose. My biggest knock was the check in and check out process required a physical key pick up and drop off which is NOT FUN with Gulf Shores traffic and two toddlers, I mean it’s 2023, the place had a non functional key pad, seems like an easy fix! Over Al the property manager was great, we had one issue that was immediately taken care of, on the other hand the check in process was less then stellar, mostly thanks to an employee named Laura who should not be the first face you see when checking in, she lacked some major people skills, fortunately she was the only rude person we encountered for the entire trip! Great condo and a great trip was had by all!

Great place, Great location.

This was a hassle free booking. Convenient location right on the lagoon and short walk to beach is a not as crowded section of Gulf Shores.

Beautiful little spot

Enjoyed our stay. The outdoor bench could be replaced. The beds slept amazing!!!! And I love having an old school stove again cooked awesome plenty of appliances no need to pack any of that. Great access to everything and just a hop skip jump to the beach. Loved the view of the bay it was so beautiful..

The bad/ Money definitely needs 2 be spent in updating kitchen' also the bathrooms 🚽 and lighting. Spare bathroom had the worst Sheetrock job I've ever saw ' bedroom ceiling light fixture actually had a short and I didn't use it 😤 The good/ it's Compass Point ' Always relaxing quiet and peaceful!! Would not use Brett Robinson company again' Wrong access code's for the pool never sent a text for the room being ready and they're cleaning staff walked right in the room without even knocking once we just got there !!!

Location and views were awesome.

Overall great experience except we left a couple pair of shorts in a drawer and went back to get them and they were gone! Tried to contact the office at Brett/Robinson and no one returned call. I guess someone needed some shorts, saw the opportunity, and took them. 😕

Nice little get away

Property was clean, and in a good location. Short walk to the beach. Located right on the bay. Beautiful bay views from the balcony. Dated kitchen but adequate. Needs some minor cosmetic fixes. Would stay here again.
